THE FOUNDATION WAS STARTED BY LLOYD HOPKINS AND HIS SON.

YOU KNOW, BECAUSE OUR TEACHERS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPERIENCE GREATER WORK/LIFE BALANCE.
THEY HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY LIKE ON AVERAGE OUR TEAMS GET TEACHERS 3,000 HOURS OF TIME BACK THAT IS TIME THEY CAN GO OUT TO DINNER WITH A SIGNIFICANT OTHER.
NOT ALL NIGHT GRADING PAPER ON WEEKENDS AND THERE IS DATA THAT SUPPORTS THE MORE CARING ADULT IN EDUCATION THAN I PERFORM BETTER >> THAT IS THE BOTTOM LINE A BETTER EDUCATION FOR KIDS >> YOU KNOW I WORK IN AND AROUND EDUCATION IN DIFFERENT CAPACITIES FOR 15 YEARS WITH YOUTH OFFENDERS AFTER SCHOOL, DROP OUT PREVENTION THE MOST MEANINGFUL WAS 6 YEARS IN THE CLASS AS AN ASSISTANT.

THAT IS ONE OF THE MAIN THINGS THAT IS ONE OF THINGS CONTRIBUTING TO THE EXODUS WE ARE EXPERIENCING NOW.
WE HAVE ABOUT 2,000 CLASSROOMS WITHOUT A PERMANENT TEACHER.
