Art Hackett looks into the building of a dairy farm without the DNR's approval
The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is now considering approval of a permit for Rosendale Dairy in Fond du Lac County. The DNR was supposed to approve plans and construction of manure handling equipment and other facilities at the dairy. In Wisconsin Reporter Art Hackett found the dairy's operators have pushed ahead on construction, sometimes without waiting for the DNR to act.
