and New Jersey Supreme Court has decided not to expedite a case brought by Casino workers who are asking that the state's indoor smoking ban apply to casinos the issue has been hotly debated in New Jersey legislature but with no forward progress Casino workers have brought their case to the courts arguing that they have a constitutional right to breathe clean air at work but the Lower Court ruled against them so they've asked for an emergency injunction but the state's High Court refusing their request means the case will remain in the appellate court where the casino workers have also requested an expedited case
