Whistles now ex U.S.
Senator Bob Menendez has first reported by Northjersey.com.
A pretrial conference has been scheduled for December at the request of prosecutors who are eager to move this trial along.
It was postponed indefinitely after Menendez was diagnosed with breast cancer.
She was charged along with her husband and three New Jersey businessmen with being part of a massive bribery scheme, but faces just 15 of the 18 charges her co-defendants received.
They, of course, were each handed a guilty verdict after a nine week trial that ended in July.
Prosecutors are asking for updated medical reports on Nadine Menendez and to review more discovery during that December meeting.
The judge hasn't set a firm trial date, but told both prosecutors and the defense team to keep their calendars open for this January and February.
